Health Equity Check-In

Equity issues impact every part of medicine. In the ICN, we use the Health Equity Check-In Tool as a standardized way to encourage daily conversations about health equity and how it impacts our patients. Residents in the ICN will learn how to lead a daily health equity check-in on our daily census, as a way to increase action to address inequities in the ICN.
